TCEQ RG 521 — Occupational Licensing: Consequences of Criminal Convictions. Students must complete a TCEQ Criminal History Review before a license will be issued. The student may be ineligible for a license if they have a criminal history. Convictions that may trigger denial, suspension, or revocation include: misrepresentation (fraud, extortion, bribery, theft by check, deceptive business practices); sexually violent offenses and registration requirements; property crimes (theft, burglary); violent crimes against persons; environmental law violations. By signing below, I acknowledge I have reviewed TCEQ RG 521 and understand that my license eligibility depends on my criminal history review outcome.
